Brianne was ecstatic to have her daddy join us for Easter this year, and the girls had a ton of fun creating their easter eggs together…

The girls were going to continue their trend in sneaking goodies into our neighbors’ mailboxes like they did for the other holidays, but at the eleventh hour, decided that they would ring the doorbells and offer the goodies in person this time. 🙂
We also went for an Easter egg hunt in Menlo Park where the girls, along with their good friend Elena, enjoyed a morning of jumpy houses and art and crafts.

Our good friends, Vivian and Ryan, also hosted a belated Easter egg hunt/BBQ at their new home the weekend after Easter. This time, Bridgette found it more entertaining to be the one to hide the eggs, along with her friends Chloe and Karina. I guess that’s probably a sign that we can skip the egg hunt next year, which is totally fine for me because these days, the public egg hunt is more like a mad-dash-to-see-how-many-eggs-one-can-hog-up rather than a true egg hunt.
