Perspective

I walked into Bridgette’s room yesterday and saw this:

I said, “What a mess! Your toys are everywhere again Bridgette!”

Bridgette walked into the same room and saw this:

She said, “Mommy, look! It’s a rainbow!!!!! It’s beautiful!”

Thank you Bridgette, for teaching me once again, to look beyond the surface of our chaotic lives in order to see the beauty of what lies beneath it. You’re real good at spotting the beauty in everything. 🙂
