Fun in the Fall

The transition from summer to fall always feels nice, as things quiet down and we have the down time to watch the leaves change colors right in front of our house. We get to chase sunsets (Bridgette and I literally hop on our bikes to chase them!), cook more meals at home, and have spur of the moment dance offs (mostly Bridgette and Alan, and I take videos to blackmail him later on). It’s a wonderful, slow time of the year and we’ve been soaking all that in before the rush of the holidays arrive.

Brunch in the city
Homework is always so much better when your best friend is around.
All moms are superwoman, but it’s nice to know I have all that extra power 🙂
My third time biking across the Golden Gate Bridge

Only her daddy would pay $25 to give her that hairstyle
I don’t like staying at hotels alone, so Alan and Bridgette came to keep me company on one of my work trips
Found this note that Bridge left for the nice housekeeping lady at our hotel! So sweet!
Basik Cafe is our new favorite weekend spot. Their acai bowls are THE BEST!
I swear I didn’t kidnap this baby…

United Airlines Family Day

Pumpkin carving time!

Bridgette’s costume this year–Oscar winning celebrity!
Oli and Balkee’s annual Halloween Party with way too many kiddos 🙂

Happy Boo Party
Halloween parade at school

Even though it’s fall, the weather is still warm enough for an occasional swim!
One Republic’s concert on date night!

We constantly find new places to do homework 🙂
